Andy Michelmore
Director & Founder
Andy is a founding Director of Byron. He initially worked as club professional for a golf & country club near Epsom, and was instrumental in transforming the business into one of the most successful golf centres in the South of England. He entered recruitment in 2000, and quickly discovered that his previous experiences made him a particularly effective recruiter in the senior accountancy and finance sector. Andy is responsible for the day-to-day running of the business, including finance, marketing & IT, and is actively involved in staff training and development.

Sarah Gillman-Davis
Technology Division Director
Sarah is Director of Byrons’ Technology Division, offering a wealth of experience spanning nearly 30 years in Technology Recruitment. Initially working at IBM, Sarah then became a Resourcer and worked her way up to being a Senior Manager at Computer People, running the permanent team in the Crawley office. Her understanding of the recruitment sector and UK market is second to none and she can demonstrate vast experience of working with SME’s through to some of the largest organisations in the UK such as Fujitsu Services and Oracle UK (Sun Microsystems). The greatest testimonial to her value as a recruiter is Fujitsu Services seconding her into their Resource Planning Team for nearly a 2 year period. More recently Sarah has specialised in the Employee Benefits, Fintech and Pensions industry sector focusing on the technology talent within those sectors.
